customer wanted original seat design Orginal is molded , so I had to cut out a pattern add seam allowances , add welt , to make it look right. Just doing what customer wants.
Would not have been my choice.

layout is one inch plus an 1/8 inch for shrinkage with the foam

I'm slow still go some tightening up to do on the back , Fixing to start adding listing to the bottom.

I have to order foam , any suggestions. Foam Factory is cheaper. Albright's is about 60.00 higher plus shipping if not over 200.00
I need foam for the back seats .

just replaced my spring tensioner on the Fabricator , wasn't too hard , sews much better now .

I hope I don’t have many of those. They brought the back part later. It was fiberglass. Still had to replace wood on the ends. Replace the staple strips on the back. I had to heat the fiberglass up to get it to take a staple. I guess there is a trick to that.
