I want to order a sofa as similar to this as possible. Sorry about my ignorance about this topic.

Is this Vinyl, Polyurethane, Leather? What do you think?

Also, I would appreciate some links where I can buy it, I love this exact color (Tail, I assume)...

I located it. It is bonded leather and I would not recommend as it has a short lifespan. It is know to peel, blister and fade.

If you have the money to spend. Take the picture to an upholsterer/builder and have one made.
