I’ve seen a few people online using steering wheel stand mount when working on upholstery on a steering wheel. Is this something guys are making to mount to work bench? I seen a guy on YouTube that had one custom made. I’ve seen it used also in a video of a car manufacturer (Bentley) wrapping a steering wheel. Has Anyone on here built one for their work bench?

There is a company called Coach Trim that supposedly sells them for $195. But I think you have to call.

Yeah the hog ring web site does not have proper SSl security. For security purposes this forum converts all links and urls to https (witch is a safe secured URL) That is why the message pops up. All you have to do is manually remove the "s" from https and it will work properly. Most websites have already switches over to this SSL security but some haven't.

Thanks for the update! To bad to hear that they aren't selling them any more. Let us know what design you come up with. Id love to see.

Oh okay, I was wondering what was going on with the link.

Yeah they said they haven’t sold them in awhile. But did say they use mostly parts can be found on McMaster website. But didn’t tell me the exact part numbers or anything.
