Hello all, new here. I'm a furniture designer & maker (mostly wood) and am venturing into upholstery for my pieces. The fit & finish must be excellent for my customers. The upholsterer I'm working with on some leather bench cushions is young and I'm not sure if the workmanship is satisfactory. It looks pretty good, but what about the sewing? Should it be tighter? Glued seams in addition to sewn?

I'll upload pictures in a moment.
