These were done for a '29 Dodge coupe hot rod. Please note that the uneven spaced rolls were done to match the uneven spacing of the pattern on the seats all ready in the car (Dodge Caravan seats).
The piping was put in the seam allowance which was increased to 3/4" This eliminated the need of sewing in a additional/separate piping piece of fabric containing the piping.
They were very difficult to staple correctly onto the 3/16 abs backing material in two of the corners as the door panel mounting clips were less than 1/4" from the edge of the panel and exactly at the apex of the corner. Took two of us to get it right, one to pull the vinyl and another to carefully staple in the narrow area between the mounting clip and the edge. I just couldn't get it to lay right just stapling on the inside of the mounting clip.
I'm happy and the customer, one of my car club friends, paid me more than I asked for the work.
