just replaced my spring tensioner on the Fabricator , wasn't too hard , sews much better now .

I have yet to do a door panel , dread it somewhat. cause i know i will struggle. I have watched Johns video on door panels. I will rewatch it several times before i tackle it. Hope yours turns out well . good luck

I hope I don’t have many of those. They brought the back part later. It was fiberglass. Still had to replace wood on the ends. Replace the staple strips on the back. I had to heat the fiberglass up to get it to take a staple. I guess there is a trick to that.

Well. I have done a few. I know the foam is about an 1/8 inch larger than frame. Using the pattern as an example. If I get it a little smaller than it actually was. I’ll be fine. Getting it to big and it not fitting back in the boat , not good. I know it’s a 1994.

Also If you have a pattern to go by , as you take it apart study the pattern to see how it was sewn. It takes some time and studying at times to figure it out. Ill mark it , study it, make some notes
along the way so I can get the easiest way.

I do them often , I charge 100.00 as long as everything comes out and goes in as supposed to.
