If it has a pneumatic drive, it can easily be swapped for a servo motor and that will operate normally. The solenoids and extra connections are probably for some extra function such as foot lift. You would lose any extra functions like that that require air, if it has pneumatic foot lift, the knee lift may not be set up at all
