My favorite part in your guide was at the begining when you pointed out that you have 2 options in this crisis.
1. Hunker down, ride it out and hope for the best when the smoke clears
2. or use this unexpected time to figure out ways to set yourself for sucess once the world starts spinning again!

That's a great attitude to adopt during all this.
