Hi, I want to make a seat car bench. I couldn't find any threads on how to choose the foam. Can you advise me which foam to use?

It really depend on the thickness of the foam. Thinner foam needs to be firmer, and thicker foam softer. For auto, you are probably going to want something around Q41.
